Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all light strings, bulbs, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned lights, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
